Northern Peninsula Regional Service Board Receives $25,000 IGA Grant

Funds will be put towards new equipment for the Straits Fire Department

The Northern Peninsula Regional Service Board (NPRSB) was awarded a $25,000 IGA grant towards new equipment for the Straits Fire Department.

The Straits Fire Department recently extended its boundaries and now provides emergency services to 13 more communities. The total number of communities served from Anchor Point to Eddies Cove is 26!
